surfacing file for the one in your mind
sounds like warmth
sensations directed to outline this feeling
finding a texture of memory to install
bring down a curtain
find a cure for this part of time
holding the flow of images close
and leaning back with the wind
take a leap across the bush
a mile in scent and scenic places
i need more wood
to keep this fire
and not part
if i plead for the sky to open,
would a bounty of hearts
catch the swing in sound and return to
feel through the bundles
lead us with a perfect scent
and chant down the wet road
lick the willing eye
and never say goodbye?
