my teeth went into the bone
just below the flesh a river
of sound touched a golden nerve with a beam
the next floor was shaking
i'm not sure but, i think i'm under a spell
above all the love
jazz kept me awake
and the feet of our feet
kept me feeling
for another day
it is not normal
to be this way
